- Mary Wilson, a founding member of the Supremes, died on February 8, 2021. Her cause of death was unknown at the time of publication. Wilson appeared on ABC 7 Chicago's "Windy City LIVE" in 2013 where she shared Motown memories with Abdul "Duke" Fakir, the last surviving original member of The Four Tops.

Rest In Peace, Mary. Not only did she have charm, energy, positivity, grace, and a stellar voice, she also had fabulous dancing skills and was the best mover in The Supremes onstage too. We were lucky to have been able to see and hear her perform for six decades.
mary had so much personality and energy..she was a beautiful soul...we must celebrate her legacy , not mourn her death. she brought so much love and happiness and fun to this planet. let's not forget that!

The Supremes & Four tops are legendary. I’m not going to get into Black History Month but to have just opened today’s Los Angeles Times and not a single word on the passing of Mary Wilson was heart ❤️ breaking. One of the greatest vocal groups of all time and not a single headline. My condolences 💐 to the Wilson family.

Ms Wilson seemed so vibrant and she connected very well with her fans. The supremes were the most glamorous female singing group and Ms Wilson was beautiful; rip Mary.

Mary Wilson was a part of a group that sold black sophistication and class to the world. Real role models girl could look up to today. Brother Duke is the last original Four Tops member.
