- A sneak peak into my daily routine as a full time boxer. Obviously no days are the same but this particular day was pretty much what you see in the video, with the exception of a meeting I went on between my sessions. Trained twice, enjoyed some family time and had my 5 meals throughout the day.

Man, I can't even tell you how much I missed watching a day in the life of... but I have not been slacking while you're UA-cam silent. I've been consistently improving some area of my life every day. I've lost 20 pounds, changed from my sitting desk to a standing desk, and can almost do some stairs with my right knee. Thanks for the motivation to be my best. I was settling for less.
You inspire us as well. Keep going! I'm also in the same journey...

I think Hafthor is an awesome athlete. But he's no more busy than Eddie. Yet Eddie still CARES about his fans and supporters to make a VIDEO EVERY WEEK. IT'S NOT HARD TO LET THE CAMERAMAN FOLLOW YOU AROUND FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES ONCE A WEEK WHILE YOU SAY A FEW THINGS. "ALL OF HIS REVENUE IS BECAUSE OF HIS FANS AND SUPPORTERS." HAFTHOR HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE ATHLETE FOR YEARS. I REALLY DON'T LIKE EDDIE HALL. BUT HE MAKES A VIDEO EVERY WEEK. AND HE ALWAYS SHOWS MUCH THANKS TO THE FANS. IF IT WASN'T FOR FANS HAFTHOR AND EDDIE WOULDN'T HAVE SPONSORS. IT SEEMS LIKE HAFTHOR HAS FORGOTTEN THAT.
