- SOUTHERN COASTAL HIGHWAY AND ROAD IMPROEMENT PROJECT. This project is to improve Jamaica's road network, for easy travelling around the island, and to improve the economic rise in these parishes. The construction of new roads and the improvement of old roads, will be the heart of new and important structures and modern homes for the people of St. Thomas.

The A4 route between Golden Grove and Manchioneal is considered to be the route with the least traffic. But once this road is transformed, traffic will definitely be increased.

When this administration took power this development was already planned and paid for but this programme was scrapped and the money used in St James and Clarendon and maybe other places. No secret so get the facts before you start giving props where they don't belong.
I wonder if you realised you were at the end of the island? Morant Point was in sight, i know it was overcast but if you had zoom in across horizon you'd see the lighthouse at the tip of the island.

No, but to get a wider view of the landscape if fly high and low. Also I have spent hundreds of thousand on drones in the past that crashed while flying low.
