However, research shows that lifestyle factors such as nutritional choices, regular exercise, and reducing stress can lower a person’s risk of developing certain types of cancer.     What frightens me the most about cancer is that it can happen at any age and this gives me so much anxiety 😥

      Just take it easy, take a deep breath and do what yo can to avoid it, ask your self this question, Will stress help me? No? Then I don,t need to do it, or atleast not over do it.

      Do your best to lower your risk, but at the same time remind yourself that you are mortal. At some point, you will die. We all have to accept the fact that we are going to die.
      So live your best, healthiest, and happiest life. If cancer still comes, we'll cross the road when we get there. Until then, just enjoy life to the best you can.

    interesting that sleep is NOT mentioned or usually mentioned in ways to minimize risk of cancer..

      Same with pollution although that's a lot more difficult to avoid, it's a major cause of cancer. Same with UV radiation from the sun etc.

      Because it makes us worry and kinda scared to hold our body. Worrying alot also cause cancer

    My Mother's Father, Did all this and got prostrate cancer at the age of 80. He is doing fine still due to healthy lifestyle and always moving around. Never took much stress and lives life to fullest

      I mean 80 years old is a full life… he made it 15 years past the average males life… that’s a success even though he’s still alive. I would be contempt with living till 80, I just don’t want to die young

    So what you need to do:
    -DONT SMOKE
    -Eat healty
    -Work out
    -Dont stress to much (this can lead to other problems in order to avoid this try meditating)

      Hey easy man, remember stress is bad for you, just take care of your self and get healthy, keep your stress In check too, eat good exercise good, ethier pray or meditate, even fasting is very useful for both preventibg cancer and treating it.

      If you want someone advice try first to drink more water and don't eat between meal time
      Also you can try to do musculation or something like that but I won't force you (it's complicated to begin sport I'm a little overweight and this year I've done a lot of effort to exercise I've done insanity training (the one with shawn t) and all)

    My friends mum got cancer and we all felt sorry for her until she started takin* it for granted it was test week and she didn’t cry the first week her mum got it and it was like the 7week in from her mum having cancer and every test she cried and then later on after school I asked her why she cried and she said I forcefully thought about my mum so I could eg5 out of the Math test

    there is no way to minimize the risk of certain cancers. cancer is just dead cells who don’t want to die. we lose millions or even more of cells everyday and it’s really rare to actually get cancer. There is no way of minimizing the risk, accept it. Truly. I am sorry.
