@@LesseraPill she does. She has mentioned it multiple times that she feels proud of the maknae lines becoming leaders or eldest in other groups (like ive and lesserafim) and guiding the new younger member
Asking for advice is also great leadership. Behave as if you are still one of the troops and lead by example. If you want people to ask you questions so problems get solved, you have to show that it is okay to ask questions by being that example. That's just one way that Chaewon has already shown her intelligence. Good pick for leader. :) Pretending to know everything is not the way to go at all, leader or not.
Iz*one's maknae line becoming leaders of their current groups is sometimes crazy to process. Yujin and Chaewon being leaders... wow. I feel like a proud mom seeing their kids grow, which is crazy taking in consideration I'm just 2 months older then Yujin. But it's like I've watched her grow up with me and seeing her become a leader... wow. And Chaewon used to be so shy. She really matured and gained a lot of confidence in her 20s.
I was pretty sure it would be rough for her since she was part of IZ*ONE's maknae line, and now suddenly she's in the leader position for Le Sserafim. That's really all I knew before this video. I have been shoved into positions before where I was simply expected to do the job even though I was not prepared and did not want the positions. No surprise, spectacular failures every time it happened. Not for lack of trying, I am just truly not good at leading. So I have to be very proud of Chaewon. She's really awesome. This makes her even more lovable, imo.
I hope that one day IZONE will have a reunion and all members of new groups will be apart too, they may not be IZONE but thry are all family now, especially with Sakura introducing her members to her old team mates, she introduced Kazuha to Hyewon and Yena had met probably all IVE and Lesserafim members so far, maybe they all will meet other IZONE members like Eunbi and Yuri some day, Eunbi will baby them all
Disagree there. But I do agree that with Kkura in the background supporting Chaewon. She has shone as leader. Sakura is more like the unofficial deputy leader with her knowledge and support.
@@Erin_-hg7qi I actually think this makes the most sense. I believe that Chaewon really is the best choice for leader, not only for the group's growth but for Chaewon's as well. Sakura would have been a good, even great leader but I don't think she would have chosen to be the leader. I think her time in HKT48 and more recently in Izone showed her the importance of support roles. How they can be just as meaningful to the group. If you think about it, she and Chaeyeon used to be supporting presences for Eunbi in Izone. With Sakura's overall experience in the industry and being the eldest, she will always be a guiding force for the other members so I appreciate that there's no added pressure and responsibility that she's also the leader. I honestly don't think Sakura being leader would bring her any significant change or improvement. Whereas with Chaewon, you can see she thrives in the position and it helps that she has a member who's not only older but more experienced that she can turn to for support
I believe she called Eunbi for advice too but so far she's doing a great job of making everyone feel comfortable 🥺
Eunbi must be so proud of her :)

Hybe made a great choice of choosing her as a leader
I mean it was Sakura or chaewon they had to choose between
You forgot one important detail: she’s the most adorable little bean in the world.

Subscribe if you enjoyed the video! Hopefully we get to see them on tour next year :)
I think hybe have trained Them so good
Lesserafim is really amazing
I was hoping she'd be a solo artist like Eunbi.
Wrong info admin... She apply for leader position.. go and watch full doc
Please read her Weverse magazine. She didn't apply for that position.
And hater still calling her a cheater
Still think Sakura would have been a better leader.
they usually make decisions for the oldest member to not be the leader so the leader can have someone to lean on.
Not sure if Sakura has a leader vibe to her.

Korea is not ready for a non korean leader :( the only one I can think of was victoria from fx
