No need to shame her, this is totally normal. Japanese is a hard language, it's totally normal to forget lexicon if you spend most of your time not speaking it. She spends most of her time in Korea, uses the language a lot and Zuha also needs to learn Korean, so it's kinda understandable.
She does call her mom often and talks in japanese, but I guess it's diffcult to suddenly switch to japanese when you have been speaking/thinking in korean for the whole conversation
