I hope this gives you an idea of how the game runs. I didn’t have much time to spend on it to reach the endgame and showcase its performance in raiding and PvP. It would take me a very long time because, after not playing for seven years, I’m actually terrible at the game, lol.
You should specify which server and how many players you are testing on. Your vid looks good, but I find the FPS kinda shockingly low! Barely 120 average fps with the custom 1440p, and this is an x3d with a good GPU. Im building a 9800x3d PC, but wondering how much I need to spend on GPU. Rust doesnt seems to be limited by GPU to me, almost ever?
I can't mention the server name right now, but it was a 160/200 population server, test was in the middle of the map where there's a high concentration of players and bases. The PVP server had 450+ players out of 500, and it was a battlefield server with very few bases and more focus on PVP. Are you building your PC only for Rust? If you don't want to spend too much, something like 4070 Ti Super will be more than enough, but you will be good to go even in other games. Anyway not even 4070 will be maxed with 7800x3D, maybe with 9800x3D you will be closer to maxing it out.
@dsasaddas281 I think the same, they are really easy to get, even 7800x3D is easy to get, but the price has changed in the last year or so and it's expensive right now
@@midderBenchmark damn i thought the 4070s with the 5700 x3d wouldnt have and bottleneck… And since u have the same specs as me could you do a test on delta force??… with the game updated to its latest version all the vídeos i see are a month or more old. Because my pc is getting on average -50fps less then others with same settings…if you could help me with that, because either its a optimization problem or some thing i have to do on my pc do get full performance

you are getting bottleneck on 1440p this is shows how unoptimized rust it is even if with x3d cpu.
Getting bound by CPU is not necessary problem of bad optimization.
