Ok. Are esophageal cramps normal, or rare. The first on I had (mid 90’s) felt like a Knight’s of the Roundtable sword on fire from the front of my chest through the back and it was immobilizing. One of the most painful things I’ve ever had. I thought it was a heart attack. I was about 35. I’ve had smaller attacks since then, so I’ll just lay down. Yes it hurts.
