What to call this soup?

Vegetable-beef-chicken? From scratch, and I'll have it as soup, with pasta, and with rice. A big pot of soup that will freeze well, so you can reheat it and cook a pasta ( or noodles or rice) in it with a marvelous result.
I took all day to make this, but it is a healthy basis for a dozen good meals.
