I just adore these two, Yulia is so stunningly beautiful, Riccardo is such a gentleman. Their ability is beyond words, I can only hope that we continue to receive multiple videos of them. I must admit I would’ve loved to see them with a child growing up dancing with them tutoring him/her in the same way Riccardo was. Such is life though…

He does so little except conduct the orchestra and she plays all the music. He is too smiley and happy looking and lacks the emotional intensity and passion this dance needs to be truly captivating. even his hands are limp and inexpressive. Yulia covers for his deficiencies well, but he for me is artistically no rumba dancer. Technically superb though as that has always been their nuclear weapon and they do use it well.It's blown their opposition out of the water for years, but their rumba isn't my liquor of choice.
Wow to the above comment. I do think she makes him look good. I don’t know how they have these routines down so perfectly. I look forward to all their new performances. Unfortunately I would bet these dancers are sooooo underpaid
I disagree, I quite like Riccardo’s less dramatically, and emotionally exaggerated facial expressions. I think they complement each other very well... that’s why they became international champions it wasn’t just Yulia dancing all by herself. 😏
