I was planning on moving to New Mexico from Texas and try to get as high as I can with property values I could probably get a nice ranch ant suggestions?
When I tell Siri to ask Alexa, it just opens the Alexa app. I still have to touch the Alexa icon to enable it. I’m so sick of Siri being the most useless assistant ever. I have to figure this out
Yeah, kind of what’s the point if I can’t ask Siri to ask Alexa to do something. You can set up Google to do that.. if someone knows a way to launch the Alexa app where is is listening that would be helpful
A warning. I followed this and it "exploded" all my folders on my iPhone and I was left with Apps and Bookmarks outside of all my carefully organized folders. Further research shoes that this is a common thing. Some sort of bug in IOS 16 and others.
You don’t have to do all this. It’s a great idea, but you can also just say hey Siri open Alexa and essentially it’s the same thing without the extra work.
Works great
Thank you!!!! For this
You're welcome!

Uh you know this is a video about using Alexa on iPhone right?
Is there a way to launch it from the Lock Screen?
No
@@techlifeunity well that kinda defeats the whole purpose. I know, not your fault but a bummer.
You can say hey Siri open Alexa, and then she will open it and then you can start talking to her
@@ashleyadams2149not if you’re phone is locked & not in your hand.
Awesome!
I can’t download alexa app
If you are having trouble with the Alexa app, you can also use some (but not all) Alexa features from your internet browser alexa.amazon.com/
No longer a widget?
The widget no longer shows up for us either! Not sure why.
The widget still works
Instead of installing widget why can't you just ask Siri to open the Alexa app? Seems to work fine on my Iphone.
That works too!
Lol i waste my time
It tells me I need to unlock my iPhone first. So I have to pick it up. 🫤
Hi
nice video tutorial keep safe
Thank you!

Oh that'a very odd we haven't heard of this before! Thanks for the info & hope you were able to get it sorted

Not if you lock your phone.
Just tried to set this up. Looks like it only opens the Alexa App, but it doesn’t prompt the voice assistant 😞
How to fix this?
@@PyPodyplomowe Didn’t fix it.
Alexa app > More > Alexa app settings > Enable Alexa hands free
@@EagleSight07 Wow. When did they add that? Thank you.
