The maker of the video, oldcarsimport, is located in Poland. I am guessing they swap out the speedo for buyers there.

Dave Forrest -they are in Poland. this bike was sold in Europe thus kph speedometer is my guess. however what really amazes me is that anything like this survived in Poland World War II
