Sometimes when we set goals they are structured more like “wishful thinking”. Get up earlier is a wish, set an alarm for 8:30 and be out of bed by 8:45 is a goal. Read a book by month end is a wish, read 40 pages per day is a goal. I think for goals to succeed they have to be specific, tangible things so that you can have the parameters set to achieve them in a designated time. Hope that helps! Thanks for the content!

Public libraries are a good resource and money savers too. Also, the library offers free digital library cards which you can use for audio books of all genres. I find it more convenient to listen to a book than finding the time to actually read.
I do miss your monthly plan with me but I also can understand wanting to do things differently too!

Hey Alexis 👋 sending you lots of love and I hope your habits and goals can rise to meet you this month. I have a close friend who's an actor and as a solopreneur myself I totally empathize with the ups and downs of creating on your own. Please know you're an inspiration to lots of folks, including me!
If it's any help, I'm a life coach and suggest one pivot in your goals that could help energize you and create more results. It applies to all of them, but specifically for the merch/podcast project, I'd suggest focusing on action toward a minimum loveable product and getting that out the door instead of putting effort toward planning. Cuz you could probably plan something PERFECTLY and just as easily avoid doing it. Betas, small batch launches and test episodes/pilots are a great way to get your stuff out into the world, and will provide the opportunity for feedback to make the next round that much better.
You've got an awesome merch design and could go with a made to order company to start selling by next week without waste.

@@Samuel1MHer audience is mostly middle aged viewers from the US and UK. UA-cam pays more for an older audience and an audience from western countries. Alexis is lucky to have such a high RPM, most creators have a much lower RPM. Don't give up!
