Hi, just let you know if you only have one solar paniel you can try to buy the car cigarette charger, it can convert to a solar panel charging port that can charge with 30V 8A which is 240W.
Hope that can save you a little bit money🤣

At 12-14 inputs that’s extremely slow for that kinda sunlight. You should be getting at least 100 input

@kaden7298 There was almost no sunlight hitting the panels. It was around 430pm and it gets pitch black dark at 530 here in Indiana this time of year. The camera made it look much brighter outside than it actually was. I'll make another video with decent direct sunlight. This was more of a "show that it can be done" video rather than a "show how awesome these panels are" video. I appreciate the view and would love a sub if you like this type of content. Have a great new year brother!

send those panels back they should have at least given you 50% at a minimum you had good sunlight there too.

I had no sunlight. The sun was to the side of my house and only half of one panel out of the 4 were actually getting light. It was around 4 PM and right now in Indiana its getting pitch black dark around 5:30 PM. They work really well, I just wanted to show that you could use other panels. Thanks for the view! It would be great if you could make that sub button great again and give it a clickero! Take care bud!!

@ how much are you getting out of them on a good day now? Did you retest them. I’m thinking I’m going with 220 watt set I found on Amazon. The power 1000 is a great unit.

@@yankeecowboy IF you go with that set let me know how well they work. Ill make another video in good direct sunlight and see how they do. To be completely honest I have just been setting it outside and not really watching the wattage. I probably shouldn't have made the video when the sun was going down, but the point of the video was to show that you can use other panels, though I should have also focused showing the power they provide. lol

@@hustleeveryday6582 I hear ya and I agree you can use other panels but just need to stay within 30v

i think you are using the wrong port, lower one is "Light"

According to DJI, there’s no real difference between how the bidirectional SDC and SDC Lite ports function (currently). The current DJI spec sheet lists the ports as follows:
      SDC inputs:
      SDC: DC 32-58.4V, max 400W, 8A
      SDC Lite: DC 32-58.4V, max 400W, 8A
      SDC outputs:
      SDC: 9-27V, max current 10A, max 240W
SDC Lite: 9-27V, max current 10A, max 240W
---I really appreciate the comment and feedback, as you are correct in saying I am plugged into the "LITE" port. I will do some testing to see if the regular SDC port give's me anymore charge from my solar panels. I would love a like and a sub if you enjoy this sort of content! Have a great New Year Brother!

@hustleeveryday6582 as a matter of fact, I just bought the unit for $379 from Amazon and I was reading the manual. So I say the lower one is the light port. The top one is the standard the. That's why I was trying to figure it out if that's the case.
I also bought the dongle for the app, and their dongle goes into the light port is the second one

I do appreciate your efforts to inform but you MUST do better with the terrible, sea sickening camera movement!

@digimikek Thank you for the advice. I am getting better with every video, (check out sk.e of my other content) but UA-cam definitely isn't easy or cheap if you want it to look and sound good. 465 East thanks again for the view and comment, feel free to subscribe if you like the content.
