If you can buy land here...I suggest that you do it Vanessa. It is very cool at night, close to west hills mall, close to Bojo beach, 2 hours from Cape coast. I have a house on an acre plot in those hills. The land was cheap 4 years ago but it is getting very EXPENSIVE so act FAST.

Hey Vanessa .. good video as always .. just a quick note to say the reason the beach was empty when u went was because in Ghana it’s taboo to swim in the sea on Tuesdays .. apparently the probability of been taken by the gods of the sea is very high in a Tuesday Lol .. ie drowning.. so take note.. xx
I don’t swim in the sea or let my kids swim in the sea we just chilled on the actual beach and dipped our toes. Thanks though

Or how about preserving the land and nature? Ghanas zoning and urban planning is terrible. If people keep building the way they have been doing, Accra and its neighboring areas will be uninhabitable.
