I just finished blossom and love it! Eastern Fantasy is good too, though I dropped is mid way through. If you like Esther Yu, I highly recommend Love Between Fairy and Devil. It is a fantasy story with anti-hero male lead and an at first naive female lead. But their love story is so good
I guess the thing about meet yourself is its slow paced, which we probably enjoy but some ppl don’t. But I feel so great that I get to see some cdrama like this one, just comforting and cozy

Meet yourself is my top drama! Acting, scenery, dialog, script. All good. However, Joy of Life, both 1 and 2 are amazing and addictive! In 2025, Flourished Peony is now in 2 seasons. Such a great drame in all aspects! Can't wait for seasonn 2.

Joy of Life is epic indeed! The actor and other dramas he had like Sword Snow Stride are equally great! Some older Cdramas that I like ae The Bad Kids, The Long Season, Story of Minglan, Mysterious Lotus Casebook, Nirvana In Fire and many more 😁

In fact, some of them are on UA-cam with eng sub, but i don’t recommend watching them on UA-cam because the background music seems a bit off probably due to copyright. But yeah, maybe you could give it a try someday :)

Meet yourself + will love in spring + flourished peony (the one on rn). probably the way he picked out the dramas happened to match our vibes ~ i feel you girl! I had absolutely no expectations for blossom yet it turned out to be so good!

Honestly I too drop dramas once the boy and girl were together for various reasons, I find it's solved, sudden change of attitude of couple and may be I am not into romance, I like that lingering feelings,Love in the air kinda, mostly in japaneese movies and love after marriage or childhood tropes,suspense/ thrillers kinda .
Likewise, I really love all kinds of Chinese dramas, especially Chinese custom dramas, which I love the most. I live in Dubai, because I love all Chinese friends, I work with Chinese bosses. 😅

there is this one called The Heart of Genius. I read the novel before and it was sooooo good, time travel and not costume. the drama came out in 2022, i haven't had a chance to watch that but i heard it is very good :>
@@SophieNieee I have seen reset. I wish I could watch more stuff like that. I saw “Love in Time” recently. It is really good. It is about a guy and a girl living in the same apartment one year apart. At a particular time of the day, the apartment will merge with the past and basically they will see each other. Walking out of the front door is the present and going through the back door is the past. ML was trying to get female lead to convince his past self to make certain decisions as he was an asshole in the past 🤣. Just one year apart.
I have watched all of the dramas you mentioned except for Will Love in Spring and Flourished Peony. I love all your favourites . I also love The Double, Game in Eastern Fanatasy and Joy of Life Season 1, Season 2 not as good. The Blossom, I enjoyed the first half. The second half I lost interest as Ive seen so many power struggle and nothing new in this one. Also, to me there isn't any chemistry between the leads.
I felt the same way for the Blossom second half…. It’s one of those drop in the half way drama for me, but i really enjoyed for the first half though. I’m so happy that we share the same love for most dramas in the fav list !!!
I'm new to Chinese drama ( less than 6 month) I'm not watching that main actors and actresses are not used own voice. If really famous and great story drama and movies.....Still I don't want to watch and I don't want to listen voice dubbed. My favorite drama : Love like the Galaxy, A dream of splendor, Meet Yourself and Flourished Peony. Sorry my English is not good. I'm Japanese 68 K-drama and C-drama lover.

i love flourished peony too!!! and i felt so empty now that season 1 is over, it seems that flourished peony season 2 is coming next year tho :)
