He lost his life in jail, like innumerable folks still locked up to this day, because of corrupt, racist cops, DA offices only wanting a "win", and judges who never give someone a chance because of those same zealous police and DAs.

Being a Philly Native, with several friends in common with Joey, and knowing my Popop knew him and his Pop, although I've actually personally never met the man. It's a known fact that Joey has been handing out Trucks full of Turkeys and Meals every Thanksgiving & Christmas along with Trucks full of gifts for the kids at Christmas. It's a Beautiful Thing! He has always given back to the community. Facts.
I hope he is well compensated as well, but no amount of money will make up for the life he has lost in 48 years. Life is more important that money, because you aren’t taking one dime with you when you go.
You guys brought up a major issue that needs some serious attention. My questions are: What happens to these people who commit prosecutorial misconduct? Is anybody persuing charges be brought up on them or, are they to protected? They are seriously destroying families just to make themselves look good. If people had a clue how often wrongful convictions happen and the corrupt crap that "authorities" do to ensure that, they'd be shocked. He should get at least $100M but that still doesn't make up for his life being destroyed.

I know the government is trying to claim the number is 17, but I’ve also read it’s as high as 48. I wouldn’t doubt it for a minute. If you need help, you gotta ask. There is help out there, but sometimes the hardest thing to do is ask.

If anyone is lonely or feels like they need direction or to fix thete life, please get a dog or a cat but especially a dog, not only will they always love you unconditionally and forgive you if you make a mistake, they will give you structure and take focus off yourself and your problems as they depend on you desperately, not just for food but for your love and guidance. Please trust me on this. I have advised and seen ppl do this and it is a miracle believe me. You will never have a better friend and when it comes time to grieve you can do it with dignity and thank God that he gave you something so special.
