Steins Gate is one of the better anime adaptations of a visual novel. Most of the adaptations are terrible, like Umineko and Danganronpa, but this is the exception.
I'd just say watch S;G 0 after you finish, even though there is an alternate viewing order people suggest I personally enjoy just doing it in the order it was made.

Steins;Gate 0 is meant to be watched AFTER original Steins;Gate ending. Do not do the chronological order, it was not meant to be done that way. (except for a rewatch I guess) Also bear with Steins;Gate. Many people find the beginnning boring, but after you've finished watching and rewatching, you'll see all the crazy details happening int he background that you couldn't see the first time around. So don't worry about that.

SG:0 is basically the "bad" ending in a sense and the entire reason why the last episode of SG happens without going into spoiler territory. But it you do decide to watch it i would watch SG episode 23b first since that leads up to the 1st episode of 0.

Wow this the first reaction I've seen of Stein's Gate on UA-cam in subtitles. Usually, the original subs are the way to go...and I don't know if I'm the only who thinks this, but I actually feel the dub for this show is just as good if not better.
I've come to learn that no matter the quality of the voice acting, sub vs dub usually comes down to preference 🤷 I've heard people vouch for what I considered to be really bad dub before, so I don't judge anymore n.n
You guys need to follow the best order for steins gate! That being watch till ep 22 of steins gate then watch 23b alternative and watch all of steins gate 0 and then watch the last 3 episodes of steins gate (23,24,25) I think this is the best way to watch it and personally I did watch it this way and my brother watched it the other way and he said it was better with the order! Best anime Its so good I watch just about every steins gate reaction. 100% new to the channel but I absolutely cannot wait to see these. Also the dub is really really good too. Not often you find a good anime dub.
You guys should watch stein's gate episode 1 to 22 and watch ep 23 alternate and watch stein's gate 0 and finish it then watch ep 23 and 24 of stein's gate.

This anime is very confusing and a little bit diffucult to understand,because the story so complex and there are Many theory of time mechine that i never heard. But i was very enjoyed this anime. Hope u enjoyed this anime, and after u finish watching it, i suggest u to watch the movie first, after that u can watch stein gate 0.
Might to tell you now that these first 11 episodes are slow AF, it's necessary to build up characters. But for eps 12 onward the payoff of the slow episode is God tier. The puzzle pieces just click in your mind. This anime require some high attention detail.
this is one of the best series ever!. I love it!. and it deserves a second or third watch, the second time you see and understand things that the first time maybe you miss. after the episodes of the series, there's a episode 25 ova and the movie. I didn't like "steins gate zero" at all, I don't recommend it.
It's 12 episodes sci-fi / 12 episodes drama. Really good stuff. With this and Re:Zero White Fox might actually be my second favorite studio after KyoAni.
I don't like calling anything a masterpiece but this show is the closest I've seen to being that. The time travel mechanics rules are established and become so complicated to the point that it's incredible there's no plotholes in the whole thing. Seriously! Any plothole you think there is I'll challenge you on it _not on this video though, cus spoilers_

The first time I saw this episode I thought Okabe was schizophrenic. This might be my favorite piece of media ever. Unpopular opinion this is the only anime where I prefer the dub. I really don't like Daru's sub performance
@@kyuujinreacts I get you! The American VA for Okabe wrote the script for Stein's;Gate dub. It's actually very very different then the Japanese script. It's not just about the voices for this anime :)
@@kyuujinreacts the voices arent the issue though, the awkward translations are. they try to literally translate eastern jokes/slang and it makes no sense whereas in the dub they westernize those things which makes the entire show more charming and funny imo
