It really reminded me of myself as of 2002 when I listened to your words. I spent 8 years vegan and I established for myself that it was the healthiest lifestyle. We had a vegan group and I still have contacts with them. I was feel healthy for the first 5 years and reinforced myself with studies that showed veganism is healthy. Then I started to have little problems here and there. 3 of my Vegan group had cancer, one died age 60. I was feeling weaker slowly. In desperation I reviewed my ideology and allowed myself to be humble enough about my past commitments. I realized without “dead animals “ our ancestors would not have survived and we would not be here. Real food includes animals products. I recovered some damage from my vegan years. If you believe vegan is healthy then remember this: look back in 10 years and ask yourself if you are healthy. I did that experiment and for me it was a grave mistake.

First, thank you for your comment. Second, I am a certified holistic nutrition and natural health practitioner so I know what I am doing. There is a big difference between eating plant-based, whole foods versus vegan foods. Most "vegan" food is highly processed. The reason people fail when they go vegan is either they are eating too many of processed vegan foods or they are not eating enough plant-based whole foods in their natural state. BIG difference. This, in turn, ends up leading them back to their meat-eating diets or they end up sick with something. Like I mentioned in my audio, cancer canNOT develop or thrive in an alkaline body. It develops and thrives when the body is acidic. This is the result of processed foods and/or animal products or both. Thirdly, there is a huge misconception about veganism. Veganism is about the animals and people who choose to go 'vegan' are only about the animals, not about health. When you switch to eating plant-based, it's essential to eat a lot more than you normally would because whole plant-based food is low in calories. Gorillas, elephants, and the strongest animals in the wild eat solely plants. Again, because they eat it in abundance. They are also among the healthiest and strongest on the planet. There is a lot of misleading information on the internet so following different variations can lead to health issues and from what it sounds, you got caught up in it. Lastly, our ancestors also didn't have the technology we have today so there is no justification for what we do today. We are not our ancestors and our food supply has been created by humans that have corrupted it. The humans' biological diet is eating from the earth's plant sources. That is what "our ancestors" predominantly lived off of... Plants and foraging from the earth. The only time they resorted to eating animals was when plant food became scarce. That is when they did it to survive. That is no longer the case so to compare us now to years ago is irrelevant. There is absolutely no excuse for the slaughter hell, men created... It is destroying our health and the planet and putting animals through unnecessary torture only to provide people with toxic garbage that has been highly processed, chemicalized and bleached to say the least. All so the money-hungry industry can fuel their bottom line. It's all about money, not health. I would suggest watching the documentaries I mentioned and exploring the Medical Medium. I also break everything down step by step in my 21-Day Jumpstart Detox program which is more than just a detox but more so a complete guide. Looks like you have done your research. I watched the survivor show Alone on History. This is essentially a modern day ancestral situation, they were in the wild trying to survive off the land. People foraged berries and find whatever plants. But without fish, rabbits, mice, they deteriorate both physically and mentally. You say humans only ate meat when plants are scarce, I think it could be the other way around. But anyways, you are smart and well read, you have great intentions. I also would like to think myself the same (PhD in chemical engineering). I will you all the best. I just want to give you a friendly reminder that when you encounter slow deterioration of health, keep an open mind that the other way could be right

I beg to differ. There is no going around the fact that animal products are highly acidic for the body and that we were biologically designed for plant food... The primary source of food centuries ago. Not meat and even worse now, with the way it is processed, chemicalized, and bleached as I mentioned before. Cancer thrives in an acidic body and the body will eventually deteriorate, slowly but surely continuing on this myth that animal products are essential for health. If that is the way you feel, then I truly hope you don't have to learn the hard way as I would not wish illness on anyone. Health for the human body is developed through lifestyle practices and food from the earth, not animals. It is proven and it just is... It is our biological nature. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks otherwise.✌🏼
