1) Line a cupcake tray with 9 cupcake cases.
2) Add 200g crushed Oreos and 60g melted butter to a bowl and mix until combined.
3) Scoop your base evenly into your cupcake cases and press them down firmly.
4) In a large bowl, whisk 300ml double cream to stiff peaks.
5) In another bowl, whisk together 400g cream cheese and 100g icing sugar until smooth.
6) Add 2/3 of the whipped cream to the cream cheese mix and fold it in.
7) Fold 54g crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mix.
8) Scoop the cream cheese mix evenly onto the base in each cupcake case and smooth it out.
9) Put the cupcake tray in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
10) Pipe the rest of your whipped cream onto each of your mini cheesecakes.
11) Add half an Oreo to the top of each mini cheesecake.
12) Enjoy!

I made a cheesecake in school in yr7. It was just: or3os and melted butter for the base. Cream cheese, double cream and caster sugar. But i forgot to add the sugar and it was fine.
