Another day, another kid is going through the same things I did.
Another day, another kid is having to give up their dreams and forget about them.
I killed my dreams when I was 17.
Everything I'd aspired to be - everything I had hopes for, plans for - everything came to an end when I was just a teen. A kid.
...I'm 21 now.
I lost everything I knew, everything that once comforted me. My toys as a kid- my innocence. I lost the old clothes that used to fit me. My friends. I lost what I believed in - and although I was never particularly religious - I still had hope in some otherworldly force. Something stronger than who I was. A guardian, maybe.
I lost everything as a kid.
But somehow, I'm still alive.
I'm still here. I'm still breathing. And I'm still shaking - even though it's been years since the incident.
This song is a message to a future that still lives in me. A dream I haven't killed.
And if they're all dead - I'll pass this message on to you.
I never gave up hope. And I never will, for as long as I live. If all my dreams are dead - then I will create them again, and again. I am not giving up. Despite everything, I can't. As long as I'm alive - I can make a change. I can decide my future.
And I will re-create my dreams. As many times as I need to.
Another day, another possibility for change.
Another day, and I'm still alive.
Another night - a new dream.

oh wow. this is much deeper and more meaningful than i expected at first. the instrumental really sets a chilling mood but the lyrics give that mood something more. i love the part with big al.

This is the first time I listen to one of your songs and I'm pretty impressed. I never heard a vocaloid song which is this deep and maybe realistic. I don't know what else to say... The message really is something else and I kind of admire you for your attitude. Respect! Besides, Fukase is tuned well, but to be honest I like Fukase's lower voice more than this. But that's only my opinion and he's still my favourite Vocaloid even though he sings "high" in this song. However, this is a very awesome song! (Sorry if there are mistakes, English isn't my mother tongue :'D)

Wait a minute, in the song Rewound it has the lyric "So I kill my dreams" (in Japanese), which was sung by Fukase. Is there any connection between the two?
If you would like to think so, we'd love to hear your opinion on how they could connect, in fact this song is less fictional and more personal on Shius part, so it wasn't intended to be so, however lyrical similarities are inevitable and fan theories are always welcomed. :3
