if you want to sterilize the jars you can preheat your oven at 100 celcius and when your oven is ready put all the jars and the caps and let them in for 10 minutes at 100 celcius also. all is sterilized and ready to use
Yes if they are sealed more than 1 year in a fresh dark place . If opened 2 weeks but be aware they are always covered with oil. I hope you like my new recipes! see you soon!
