they humanised them too much, so they werent able too explain how Order 66 was possible without major desertions, thus the intruduction of the Inhibitor chip, a horrible plot device.
not only neutering the actual tragedy of the clones but also a simple sign of lack of forsight for a childrens show altering the canon for the worse
