I was at this concert and remember George being SO spent after this number. If memory serves me well, he took a short breather sitting on the steps on stage and spoke for a bit about being too old for this in a joking way. He definitely gave his all for his fans.

i remember in an interview he did he had said he had to train for almost 2 years just to get in shape to go back out on the road because he use to run and dance so much in his shows back then .

Gosh i remember this! I was so lucky to have seen him in concert many times, well into double figures! Moral of this tale is...go and see your idols in concert if you can...you might turn around one day and they are no longer there! :-(
