Try the haakaa and epsom salt hack!!! Or, what always helps is to massage the duct out when Nora is nursing…babies always have the best suck, and I’ve had 2 clogged ducts in the last couple weeks that have gotten out when I’ve massaged them toward the nipple while nursing. Also, I wear a looser bra too! Good luck, I know it stinks 😫♥️

Clogged milk ducts are soo rough, nothing worked for me but my doctor did tell me to order this lactation probiotic that worked like a miracle drug, literally gone within 2-3 days, it has to have a specific strain my OB stated. ☺️
I had one. 😢 it hurt so bad!!! The nurse had me use a head pump… didn’t work. Then she had me use the lactation electric pump- worked!! Maybe ask the Dr or Nurse if the hospital has them for check out to use.
Everyone replicates these interviews after Josh and Sav but they do it best! Others seem unnatural or forced … the dynamic, personality and humor just isn’t there lol
