Hello Kate! Thank you for the demo and review of this new palette. Those pastel shades are beautiful on you - and your artistry enables us to see how well they blend together (while remaining true). I ordered it this morning upon seeing the Sephora early access notice. This will be my summer palette. Thank you again !
Hi Kate! Enjoyable indeed. Can’t wait to see how these lovely shades contrast on my melanated skin, deeper than Alicia’s. My purchase is on the way! I find your tutorials a soothing relief from the news of the day. Becalmed, I re-enter the fray. 💐
Hi Mamie! Very exciting, I hope you love it as much as I do, let me know how it goes!! Thank you so much for your lovely, kind words. I’m glad I can offer a bit of a calm in the storm ❤️ ❤️
I have been using my BH Lost in LA recently to try to dissuade myself from finally trying Natasha Denona, but I just might concede.. 😊 Beautiful looks!💐
I love softly blended, pastels , so ethereal , I love wearing them in spring and summer, I wasn’t going to buy this because I’ve got the Morphe Pony pastel palette, but I’ve just caved !!
appreciate that you compared it to ice cream dream as i’ve been trying to decide btw them. i accidentally got lost in LA before waiting for these reviews but it’s closer to ND’s palette of lighter pastel colors. i’d still love to try glamlite but don’t want jewel tones as much so may just get their choco martini palette
The BH palette looks very pretty! It is a hard choice between Ice Cream Dream and Pastel but I hope I was able to provide some useful info! Chocolate Martini looks like a great one 🥰 🥰
@@KateFace21 are glamlite’s shimmers a lot more intense vs ND? do the shades lay more thick on the lids? trying to get a sense of what their formula is like if you can explain
Good Day Kate, loved your video! I hope you don’t mind me asking but I was just curious what you think about this palette compared to the new Hindash palette? Which one would you say is more user friendly? I’m not great at eyeshadow and I have hooded eyes so I’m looking for the something easy to use ! Thank you 😊 for your time! Natasha 🌻
Thank you Natasha! I think it really comes down to the colours that you want - both are easy to work with and intuitive, IMO, but the colours in the Hindash palette are more muted and toned-down than the pastel palette. The Hindash is also a bit of a sheerer formula, so you may feel more comfortable with that very buildable approach 🥰 🥰
Hello, hope you and your furry family are well. Thank you for this! Do you mind if I ask what base you used on your eyes, please? I was thinking of using a set white base, but I am not sure after seeing this. Take care, Chrissy! 🌞🌝
Thank you! We’re doing great, and I hope you are too! I didn’t use any special primer or eye base - just blended some of my concealer from under my eyes up onto my lids! 🥰 🥰 🥰
Hey Kate, love to see you so happy with your new palette. I think these pastels suite you. Love to see you doing a look with it jusing same coloring on both eyes. But these 4 looks for the review looked awesome. I think this pastel palette is not something for me. But I love to look at it, it is stunning to look at. I love the packaging with the gradient too. (For me the hindash palette will be as far as I would go on light shades.) Because you love the Natasha Denona eyeshadow so much, I am curious. What did you recommend to me? Do you think a ND mini would be a good investment to start? Or do you think the midi palettes are better value? ( Freddie loves you very much ❤)
Hi Inge! I really am so happy with it 😂 Thank you, I will definitely be using it on my channel again! I hear, you, these colours aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, and I think the Hindash palette definitely serves more subdued, muted colour options. Great question.. when it comes to that, it depends on what your think you would really get use out of - if you just want a couple of look options, the minis are good (for you, I think Mini Retro, Mini Nude, or Mini Biba would be great), but I personally prefer the midi palettes because they’re good value and you have so many more options for looks (I use my midis a lot more than my minis). I think for midis, Retro or Glam would be wonderful for you 🥰 🥰 🥰
