For a novice, your youtube channel is like a professional cinematography school. It is great to watch your videos. I also want to see cameras, gadgets etc reviewed by you.
Man. This is amazing Steve. I don’t know how to thank you for this great informative and inspiring video. First time I watched at my lunch break, couldn’t wait to go home and apply this technique to my shots. Thanks again you are genuine.
My wife decided to start a UA-cam channel so I am her designated cameraman using my iPhone. Her channel talks about wellness stuff and is mostly her talking and explaining stuff, so I don’t need a lot cinematically; however I do need some b-roll shots from time to time and also intro and outtro shots, so I can think of some times where some of this would be helpful! I subscribed to your channel. Thanks!
I don't know how I started to watch your videos.. once I saw one accidentally while I was scrolling through youtube, but after that I never missed one... I'm keeping on watching your videos.. they are really amazing and helpful... Keep up the good work👍👍👍
Truly insane how you shot the final product on a iPhone 11! Fantastic work, loved this video and can’t wait to try these tricks and tips with my iPhone when filming!! Thank you again Steve.
Super practical for the average person wanting a better than average videos. I hate videos of professionals with their expensive gears and super advance techniques. Great for professionals but not practical for most. This definitely fills the gap between a layman wanting a better than average videos and professionals.
I have learnt a whole bunch of amazing stuff on this channel and I really wish i could give your videos a thousand likes each time i watch. Thanks for sharing and being an amazing teacher. Well done 👏
All the way from Africa, preparing to visit a location just like this, glad I found this. I have watched All the videos on this channel. Amazing, am so much better now
Man, i have found you while i was searching knowlege to imporoove my video skills. I made videos with dogs and nature , to promote a Dog Sanctuary in Romania, where we really care for the 50 rescued dogs living here. This tutorial and others will help a lot this Sanctuary. I just wanted you to know, that your work is benefical and helps a lot . THank you man!The Pack salutes you!
Finally! A channel where I can learn more about Videography. My sister just found out your videos so I decided to Subscribe you immediately. This would definitely help me to improve my skills since I am just a beginner. I just hope I can afford the devices needed. Thank You for your Tips! I feel like I am taking a Training for free. A double thumbs up!
I really appreciate your passion in educating the enthusiasts. Thanks for the efforts and time you are taking to make the videos very interesting. 👍👏🏽👏🏽.
Thank you. I don't know whether I will be able to meet u or not in my life. But whatever videography skills I learnt, it's from u only sir. Thank u my teacher...
This channel just dropped on my lap from the almighty camera-gods in heaven above us. I love your videos, they are extremely helpful, simple and easy to understand, and most important of all - they are very inspiring. I really enjoy making little videos myself (even i'm just a novice and don't have advanced equipment), but I'm sure I'll enjoy it even more now after watching this. Thanks very much, please keep it up. Thomas
Your presentation itself was like a movie and great storytelling solving the challenges and the small details examples you gave connected well to the real world like the 'type of shot are useful for trees and buildings'.
Thanks for all of these techniques. I tried them over the weekend and my video looks amazing. It's so much better than I could've imagined. Seriously, thanks for the tips.
I know these techniques, but somehow watching you do it reminds me of where I go wrong sometimes. Thank you for these clear & useful videos. I appreciate it 👏
Great video! I will follow these tips! Btw, a quick doubt - when I record in 4K, I feel the video has a kind of shuttering when I pan shots. Would it be better to shoot in 1080p or does the resolution matter so that much at all when vlogging?
The higher the resolution the lower the fps, that's because they both take a lot of processing power. And since 4K is a pretty high res, the fps should be low, maybe 24 or 30fps. I suggest you go at 1080, 60 fps (at 60 fps you will also be able to slowmo using a third app).
Any insight on reducing noise when shooting dark scenes on an old iPhone? I’ve tried a few free camera apps and playing with ISO and other settings but still get a lot of noise in all my shots. Actually even my well lit shots have noise. Is it just the camera on my iPhone 6s. I know I’m a few models behind
Kickass! Going for a trek this weekend with my Note20 and I couldn't have found a better tutorial. The dude's even convinced me to buy a Gimbal to make the most of my camera.
I film everything on my channel with my iphone11!! (well, other than my drone shots) which always seems to shock people but even I learnt a few tricks today that I'll use moving forward! thanks for such a helpful video :)
Who else reading this.. I am wishing you to be a successful filmmaker in near future. ❤️💪
