Why is it that every time I watch these videos , I feel sad. Another beautiful empty house. I love your content Bigbanks !! It’s the way you present these places. Another fantastic video !!! Thank you !!
Another nice video but it's just so sad. That all these houses sits around and just gets destroyed from the elements. And from not being taken care of. When there are people that would love to have them. But the banks or whoever owns them would rather then just rot away. Than work with someone to help get them in one of them.
They had formal living, formal dining, breakfast area, den/family room, office/library, sunroom (with maybe dining area), kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets. Maybe a theatre room. IF there were a game room, it was a billiards room! Game rooms were not a “thing” in the day. Everyone stayed in the yard or pool. Gamerooms only became a thing built into homes in the late 90s or later. Card tables or a random pinball machine would have just been included in the family room. Those red walls are sooooooo 1990s 😂
Heck ya, if that place was cleaned out & renovated, I could move several different family members & their families in. That place is huge & has so much potential. Thanks for showing.
I remember driving up to this place about 20 years ago when visiting this state from Canada, my Uncle lived in and around the neighbourhood. So absolutely surreal to see this come up on my feed. I recognized it immediately. Awesome video. ✌️
so weird that the main room with the construction stuff has open paint cans! It looks like somebody walked in and said "no more money to pay you guys" and the workers just walked off the job.
Hi BigBankz 🙋🏽. I miss the live . But I gonna watch now. Thank You for inviting me to watch your video ‼️👋🏽. I hope someone buys the place. And do the necessary work that IT needs. IT would make someone a wonderful home. My favorite is the one with the green vines running on the ceiling with the marble look floor.❤ Watching From Michigan ‼️😃👍🏽.
The Andy Warhol painting was actually done by the gentleman that is in the painting with him. They were very close & his name is Jean Michele Basquiat. His work is incredible if you have time to look into his paintings, you would probably enjoy them. Well done on this one. Thank you.
You always take us to the most amazing places. Some with lots left behind, others, not so much. But each place is entertaining in it's own way. Thank you.😊
This is another awesome video and abandoned house to explore and this being a CEO of Coca Cola's former home is even better Thanks for finding this.🏘🇺🇲🏘
@BigBankz thank you for all your great videos. This was an amazing one. It’s kind of sad to look at these homes. It’s like one day they said “Screw it, we’re leaving!” It looks like they just dropped everything and walked out the door never to return.
Wow what a beautiful house!!!! it's a shame that it is empty and let go like that, I liked the whole house. I'm watching from North Carolina by Cape Lookout Light House. the video was awesome, thank you for sharing!!!!
Nice video! I'm watching from Atlanta. That home looks like the older nice homes that were built here in Atlanta Ga. Back in the day. Thanks for the videos. I really enjoy them all!!!
What a great house, love the ballroom from that fantastic ceiling to the chandeliers and those French door OMG. I can just imagine a violinist playing music on a hot summer night with all the doors open to catch a breeze. Certainly a home for a large family.
Hey BIG BANKZ, I loved this video, This house was Amazing, YOU'RE Awesome with the filming of these places, Thank You For Sharing This. Just loved it. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND STAY SAFE AND WELL, CAN'T WAIT TIL THE NEXT ONE ❤❤👍👍💯💯🩵🩵
I’ve been inside when it was lived in and immaculate with original woodwork. The large “family” room had several seating areas for conversation and the room was cleared out for dancing if needed. The woodwork in foyer was all stained wood and balusters. It was a beautiful home and extremely sad to see it this way now. Do you know who the current owners?
That was incredible! Thank you for sharing. It must food you with a bunch of emotions as you're walking room to room. Gotchu from California. Thanks for sharing.
What a fantastic place. It is hard to understand why it is left to decay. I guess it was too much of a project to take on. I hope someone will save it. Such a pity thanks for the tour.
Bankz, you should start doing a youtube question of the day in the beginning of your videos and just pick a random question out of the most recent video and tell who its from and answer it. Thats if you want to of course. My question would be, have you ever left anything of yours at a house/exploration by accident? Could be camera equipment, any of your personal belongings, etc... thank you and this was a great video! Loved that house so much!
Honestly the only appealing thing in these huge mansions are the ranges and ovens. It’s too large and so much wasted space. Feels cold and commercialized. Give me quaint and warmth.
You do such a great job at showing these abandoned places. You make it interesting for sure. I am in Nebraska, and I am on the hunt for some awesome places to send to you in hopes that someday ya all would come up here. As for this one, I believe my favorite would be the kitchen because I love to cook and back and that would be my dream to have something so fantastic. It is sad though when people leave so much of their lives behind. Thank you for bringing these to us. Have a great day!
Having had been a Roofer in the past. I would say put a new roof on before doing a remodel on the inside. Especially if you knew the roof is leaking before starting a remodel. I can only hope and pray this beautiful house does not just go to waste! Only guessing, but it to me looks like whoever owed this house and was doing the remodel ran out of money. It's a shame to see all that hard work and money going to waste. Thanks BigBankz! May God Bless & Keep You Safe. Shine on my brother in Christ.
The white and black room was my favorite room. I’m from Wilton California. I truly enjoy these videos that you do. It’s amazing to see what people have left behind.
These homes are beautiful, just heart breaking knowing there are so many people who need homes more than likely these houses will sit until they Rot then they tear them down 😮
I wish I could turn it into a home for elderly and give them care they deserve I've been in the medical field for 40+ yrs and I see so much horrible care people treat their animals better.
My favorite part from this video is the kitchen, the master bathroom is almost a little disappointing if you see how big the master bedroom is. I’m watching from the Neterlands 🇳🇱 I love watching your videos! Keep up the good work and keep exploring 😊
Thank you Big Banks for another amazing great exploration of this beautiful home. So sad to see it going to waste and know one to full fill their dreams with luxury property. I’m sure at one time it had so many memories. I hope it can be restored and saved and once again have someone bring this beauty back to its original glory. ❤
The problem with big homes and properties is the upkeep is too much for people. They don't realize what the operating costs are. I'm sure that place would be a minimum od $250,000 a year to keep it in good shape. Unless you are in a prime location to rent or have deep pockets, you won't be successful. Houses built in the 20's should be kept that way and not turn into modern homes. Update things but leave the architecture alone.
That's a beautiful house. It could still be fixed up, I guess. Take a lot of money to do that. Be great for extended family to share. Thanks for another awesome explore. Blows me away how people just leave expensive stuff behind. Obviously rich enough to replace it all. I look forward to all your videos.
Hi from southern middle tn. Loved this mansion the ballroom was my favorite room and think not sure but the one you called a little wet bar etc is a butlers pantry but not sure on that i love the pink and white in the little space though.
I think my favorite part was the kitchen cuz it was really cool and I liked all the ovens and all the storage they had in the kitchen that was pretty cool and that master bedroom oh my God that was gorgeous
What a house so big and shame it was never completely restored Love the details in ball room And flooring with epoxy coating Thank you for sharing video Take care and see you in next video ❤❤❤❤❤
I’m from NC and my favorite part is the master bedroom , that would be awesome to have that washer and dryer area with a sink , I would put me a mini kitchen in there lol! Love your videos !
I used to have a S21 ultra. Now I have a S22 ultra and a S24+. Nice place but unless you have a gigantic family its just a bunch of wasted space. And the power bill had to be outrageous.
This was once the home to Paul Austin. You’re welcome for saving you the 15 minutes it took me to find this info. It was a beautiful home based on the most recent online listing before someone “updated” it.
I think this one can be saved. I’ve been thinking about that house before this you did with the squatter and left pet for days. 😢 So its good to see this one that at least has a chance.
im Gerard deleon from, Manila, Philippines,,, i love all your exploring abandoned Mansion's,,,, but there time i feel sad, yeah because at this point in time of my age (im 65years old) i havent experience to stay or live even small good house,,, my house is only a very very small its only 4 by 4 square meter,,, hehehe sorry,,, but its true,,

Thank you for sharing these finds. Watching from Kentucky. It’s sad to see such vulgar wastes of money and effort just for these properties to end up like that!
Why is it that every time I watch these videos , I feel sad. Another beautiful empty house. I love your content Bigbanks !! It’s the way you present these places. Another fantastic video !!! Thank you !!
houses just look sad when nobody is living in them and taking care of them. Houses need love as much as people do.
I feel the same way!
Another nice video but it's just so sad. That all these houses sits around and just gets destroyed from the elements. And from not being taken care of. It just amazes me that no family member ever comes back to get some of the personal stuff.
Amazing right? 🧐🧐
Heck ya, if that place was cleaned out & renovated, I could move several different family members & their families in. That place is huge & has so much potential. Thanks for showing.
I actually know where this is. I personally haven’t been inside due to many reasons. Thank you for the tour!
Stay safe and healthy always!
Yeah, the one piece of art work was very disturbing. I would not set foot in there either.
Hi! In what state is that??
Was one of the reason for a Diddy Party?
I remember driving up to this place about 20 years ago when visiting this state from Canada, my Uncle lived in and around the neighbourhood. So absolutely surreal to see this come up on my feed. I recognized it immediately.
Awesome video. ✌️

That is a well-built home & it's beautiful. Full brick instead of cheap siding!
What a fantastic home shame it’s been left to rot, the black and white room was amazing.
Another brilliant explore

People who don’t appreciate historic homes should not been renovating. What they did was awful and tacky.
Having had been a Roofer in the past. I would say put a new roof on before doing a remodel on the inside. Especially if you knew the roof is leaking before starting a remodel.

So funny how we can’t even comprehend the scale in which people like this lived.
It would be cool to see if these houses ever get purchased and fixed up. Good video
Modernizing a home like that is just a damn shame! Should've been restored.
My thoughts too. Just looks tacky. I dread to think of what beautiful original features were torn out.
