Why is it that every time I watch these videos , I feel sad. Another beautiful empty house. I love your content Bigbanks !! It’s the way you present these places. Another fantastic video !!! Thank you !!
Another nice video but it's just so sad. That all these houses sits around and just gets destroyed from the elements. And from not being taken care of. When there are people that would love to have them. But the banks or whoever owns them would rather then just rot away. Than work with someone to help get them in one of them.
so weird that the main room with the construction stuff has open paint cans! It looks like somebody walked in and said "no more money to pay you guys" and the workers just walked off the job.
Heck ya, if that place was cleaned out & renovated, I could move several different family members & their families in. That place is huge & has so much potential. Thanks for showing.
They had formal living, formal dining, breakfast area, den/family room, office/library, sunroom (with maybe dining area), kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets. Maybe a theatre room. IF there were a game room, it was a billiards room! Game rooms were not a “thing” in the day. Everyone stayed in the yard or pool. Gamerooms only became a thing built into homes in the late 90s or later. Card tables or a random pinball machine would have just been included in the family room. Those red walls are sooooooo 1990s 😂
Hi BigBankz 🙋🏽. I miss the live . But I gonna watch now. Thank You for inviting me to watch your video ‼️👋🏽. I hope someone buys the place. And do the necessary work that IT needs. IT would make someone a wonderful home. My favorite is the one with the green vines running on the ceiling with the marble look floor.❤ Watching From Michigan ‼️😃👍🏽.
The Andy Warhol painting was actually done by the gentleman that is in the painting with him. They were very close & his name is Jean Michele Basquiat. His work is incredible if you have time to look into his paintings, you would probably enjoy them. Well done on this one. Thank you.
You always take us to the most amazing places. Some with lots left behind, others, not so much. But each place is entertaining in it's own way. Thank you.😊
This is another awesome video and abandoned house to explore and this being a CEO of Coca Cola's former home is even better Thanks for finding this.🏘🇺🇲🏘
Great place but it always astounds me the blatant arrogance of owners who, in the end, disrespect the home and property by leaving personal items behind behaving like money is no option for them. It's so insulting given the times we're living in and the vast dichotomy between the attitudes of those who have too much vs those who are living simply and those who are, sadly, homeless. Would anyone wishing to have a home like this disrespect it and treat it so horribly?
What a fantastic place. It is hard to understand why it is left to decay. I guess it was too much of a project to take on. I hope someone will save it. Such a pity thanks for the tour.
@BigBankz thank you for all your great videos. This was an amazing one. It’s kind of sad to look at these homes. It’s like one day they said “Screw it, we’re leaving!” It looks like they just dropped everything and walked out the door never to return.
The problem with big homes and properties is the upkeep is too much for people. They don't realize what the operating costs are. I'm sure that place would be a minimum od $250,000 a year to keep it in good shape. Unless you are in a prime location to rent or have deep pockets, you won't be successful. Houses built in the 20's should be kept that way and not turn into modern homes. Update things but leave the architecture alone.
What a house so big and shame it was never completely restored Love the details in ball room And flooring with epoxy coating Thank you for sharing video Take care and see you in next video ❤❤❤❤❤
Wow what a beautiful house!!!! it's a shame that it is empty and let go like that, I liked the whole house. I'm watching from North Carolina by Cape Lookout Light House. the video was awesome, thank you for sharing!!!!
I’ve been inside when it was lived in and immaculate with original woodwork. The large “family” room had several seating areas for conversation and the room was cleared out for dancing if needed. The woodwork in foyer was all stained wood and balusters. It was a beautiful home and extremely sad to see it this way now. Do you know who the current owners?
I wish I could turn it into a home for elderly and give them care they deserve I've been in the medical field for 40+ yrs and I see so much horrible care people treat their animals better.
Nice video! I'm watching from Atlanta. That home looks like the older nice homes that were built here in Atlanta Ga. Back in the day. Thanks for the videos. I really enjoy them all!!!
I used to have a S21 ultra. Now I have a S22 ultra and a S24+. Nice place but unless you have a gigantic family its just a bunch of wasted space. And the power bill had to be outrageous.
Hey BIG BANKZ, I loved this video, This house was Amazing, YOU'RE Awesome with the filming of these places, Thank You For Sharing This. Just loved it. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND STAY SAFE AND WELL, CAN'T WAIT TIL THE NEXT ONE ❤❤👍👍💯💯🩵🩵
Having had been a Roofer in the past. I would say put a new roof on before doing a remodel on the inside. Especially if you knew the roof is leaking before starting a remodel. I can only hope and pray this beautiful house does not just go to waste! Only guessing, but it to me looks like whoever owed this house and was doing the remodel ran out of money. It's a shame to see all that hard work and money going to waste. Thanks BigBankz! May God Bless & Keep You Safe. Shine on my brother in Christ.
The white and black room was my favorite room. I’m from Wilton California. I truly enjoy these videos that you do. It’s amazing to see what people have left behind.
These videos of abandoned places, I’ve heard from those who make these videos that they do not say the location because some people would go there with bad intentions. Looting etc.
Wow 😮🫨😐How come people abandoned a super beautiful house like this one? Maybe money problems🤔🤔🤔Thanks for sharing this video, I love your channel, you’re pretty awesome👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻You’re always doing a great job describing each and every houses 🏡 🙋🏼♀️❤
I think my favorite part was the kitchen cuz it was really cool and I liked all the ovens and all the storage they had in the kitchen that was pretty cool and that master bedroom oh my God that was gorgeous
My favorite part from this video is the kitchen, the master bathroom is almost a little disappointing if you see how big the master bedroom is. I’m watching from the Neterlands 🇳🇱 I love watching your videos! Keep up the good work and keep exploring 😊
Just fyi Dual oven Viking ranges new are about 15k-19k not including the hood. Also that pull out in wall is either for a tv or an editing computer setup. Hence why the shelving is in the closet. That's my assumption.
That's a beautiful house. It could still be fixed up, I guess. Take a lot of money to do that. Be great for extended family to share. Thanks for another awesome explore. Blows me away how people just leave expensive stuff behind. Obviously rich enough to replace it all. I look forward to all your videos.
I’m from NC and my favorite part is the master bedroom , that would be awesome to have that washer and dryer area with a sink , I would put me a mini kitchen in there lol! Love your videos !
The kitchen is my favorite part, especially the stove. Wow! But I can't even imagine why it's full of food and dishes and everything. I can't imagine a reason for that.
That pink 2nd dining room strikes me as the breakfast room? Also there was a butlers pantry? I worked for builders so i saw a lot of floorplans, nothing on this scale but the neat thing is anyone cam add some of these touches to their house. The picture mold, crown molding etc. always so sad to see a beautiful house just sitting there!
Loved this place Carter!!! It made me sad that a gorgeous, once loved property, such as this, could fall into such deep despair 😞😰😢 There was a lot of valuable items in this place!!! It always makes me sad to see that useful, perfectly functional items are left to decay & ruin 😞😰😢 Before it’s too late, I hope that someone can breathe new life into this beautiful place 👍🙏♥️ It would be such a shame to let it go to waste & ruin 😞😢😰 Even though, it would be too big of a place for me to call home, I hope that someone can get good use of it 👍🙏💕 Thank you Carter for sharing this wonderful adventure with us!!! I, here in AZ love you 👍🙏❤️
My husband and I were hired as caretakers for a big estate like this, that new owners just purchased. It was just like this, with open paint containers and work tools. When the previous owner went bankrupt, the workers walked out and left everything.
It puzzles me as to why people buy places like this to let them sit vacant. Gosh i would love to live in this place. Great video BigBankz. Did they leave any Coke stuff left from the CEO Coke owner?
Thank you for sharing these finds. Watching from Kentucky. It’s sad to see such vulgar wastes of money and effort just for these properties to end up like that!
What a crazy place! Looks like maybe the people left in a hurry since they left some expensive things! What a shame that these places are left without a care!! Thanks!
How did all that stuff stay in those homes? I don’t understand why people don’t go in there and just get it out and take it home with them especially that stove. Some of that furniture is nice and clothes are nice. It’s beyond me. I see it a lot here videos how the stuff stays there
I'm not saying to take anything, but the curiosity to see if the Andy painting was real or not would be strong. haha. edit: Pleaser Brand shoes are for heels and platform heels...they're more of the risque (sp?) side. Always happy to see that you posted a new video. 💜
It's giving someone got a whole bunch of money and then all the money ran out. Also it's on the verge of not being salvageable the mold remediation alone is probably why it's going to end up being torn down
So many mansions, chateaus, castles left to rot and ruin worldwide. Why is this? It’s not like the owners can’t afford to keep them up. It’s very strange..
The second part of the “office” with the shelves built in was probably a library.Anyone who was living there would have had a whole crew of servants. The comments about the former residents leaving everything behind is probably not exactly correct because they probably passed away or went into a nursing home and the relatives didn’t want the stuff. I don’t think that the furniture left behind was of any value to speak of.
Why is it that every time I watch these videos , I feel sad. Another beautiful empty house. I love your content Bigbanks !! It’s the way you present these places. Another fantastic video !!! Thank you !!
houses just look sad when nobody is living in them and taking care of them. Houses need love as much as people do.
I feel the same way!
Another nice video but it's just so sad. That all these houses sits around and just gets destroyed from the elements. And from not being taken care of. @@lauraeddy6673 Ty. I thought it was just me. 🥲
@@Loristhriftykitchenpantyr I agree.
It just amazes me that no family member ever comes back to get some of the personal stuff.
Amazing right? 🧐🧐
so weird that the main room with the construction stuff has open paint cans! It looks like somebody walked in and said "no more money to pay you guys" and the workers just walked off the job.
I actually know where this is. I personally haven’t been inside due to many reasons. Thank you for the tour!
Stay safe and healthy always!
Who was the semi celebrity that moved from there he's talking about?
Yeah, the one piece of art work was very disturbing. I would not set foot in there either.

How do you disrespect a property?
It really sounds like you're jealous! I found it interesting that you mentioned the "people who have too much".
Shut up. Everyone is tired of you bots.
People who don’t appreciate historic homes should not been renovating. What they did was awful and tacky.
37:14 👋🏽 Hi BigBankz!
Those are actually table linens. They hang them after dry cleaning to keep their press lines ☺️
These videos serve as great reminders to live below your means.
