- I saw a bunch of messed up in anime, but for some reason, these episodes were deeply disturbing that it gave me chills, it was quite haunting.
Shogo Makishima uses and manipulates yet another broken "toy" to cause chaos. We got to learn about Specimen case during Sasayama the enforcer lost his life while he was under Shinya's command. Afterwards, Shinya's crime coefficient became huge and he was demoted to enforcers, but he never truly gave up on the case. I appreciate how open he was while talking about it with Akane. These murders are clearly inspired by the ones during Specimen case as well and it's unclear who was behind those deaths, Professor Touma or Makishima or perhaps both...
