Good progress on the bumper.
I've seen a guy in Aus/NZ using cardboard to create a void for the foam to fill as it expands, for his custom kit.

Is the foam only for a template ? What material will the actual kit be ?

Yeah the foam is literally to get the shape and then I will create it out of fiberglass and make a mold for it so I can re create as many bumpers as I'd like 👌
