I think that a German invasion and total capitulation of Poland would be somewhat unrealistic. Poland’s army was by no means weak, and Germany had just gone through a grueling and damaging civil war.

While I do see them very possibly intervening against Poland, it’s also entirely possible they’ll do nothing, because the new German government would likely be very anti-communist, and wouldn’t likely sign a pact with the Soviets like the Reich.

Hitler mentioned many times to his entourage that he hated the "vons" because they were always sympathetic to the monarchy/aristocracy, and were always resisting his policies and reforms. And of course, there were a lot of "vons" among the officers of the wehrmacht.
why did konigsburg not side with the naizs but bavaria did the strongest resistance to the nazis was in the rhinland and in bavaria also the area around hamburg was some of the most nazi supportive lands in germany
