What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a non-scientific word that an everyday person came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles", but the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy the videos for their calming and sleepy effect.

Very informative, although I do wish you had posted this video a week earlier as I already made the mistake of feeding my pet boot cabbage.
He grew to be 50 feet and I no longer could control him. Had to move out of my house as the US goverment came in and sent my entire property into space to prevent further damage to the neighborhood.
Turns out this was a very textboot mistake and I'd warn all pet boot owners to NEVER feed their boots cabbage. It angers them and gives them godlike abilties. It also makes them gassy.
What kind of edible would you recommend for baby boots? I tried feeding them toothpaste but they didn't seem to like it too much
ThreeRingCircus Unfortunately most boots aren’t very tolerant of mistakes in their husbandry, unlike some other species. It’s their one big downfall. At least now you know for the future!

I am a humble man with few treasures, one of which happens to be my pet boot. He is a part of the lowly breed of muck boot. He is very kind and loyal.
I used to own a Muck Boot, but after working up the money, I now have a Snow Boot.
Snow Boots like cold environments (I use a freezer), and prefer to drink Trumpet Slide Grease and Trumpet Valve Oil. They are timid, and have grown an extra layer of fur to protect themselves. They are laceless and range in color, but are typically black or gray.
They sleep at night, so make sure to be in bed at night in order to allow the Snow Boot to sleep. They require icy bedding, but that should be no problem when keeping them in a freezer.
Handle them very gently. Have two hands on them at the same time, one on the side, and one on the bottom. Never stick anything inside your pet Snow Boot.
Ah well, I'm rambling! I should be telling you how to care for the muck boot!

Sleeping and Location - Muddy bedding in their sleeping cage. However, the owner should let them roam when the boot is not sleeping
Eats/Drinks - Gasoline, Diesel, stuff of the like
Temperature - Moderate

Not a hybrid! At least not anymore, the American Boot Breed Association (ABBA) has officially announced that laced boots, much like zipper boots, are now a major category with subbreeds rather than hybrid mixes! I would know, my faux-fur lined black boots are also laced! It's a little more upkeep making sure their laces don't get tangled, ensnared, or torn, but it's worth every second to see their happy little soles! Hope this helped!
(PS, they're a regional breed, so you may simply not see many in your area.)

Great! I have this Finnish colourful species, Hai boot. They love going to the muddy and wet weather, we have a lot of those. They meet my family boots at the summer cabin, it's very lovely to see the boots bonding while picking berries in the woods or fishing at the lake.

22:55 That's the feisty thing about Explorer's Boots. Take this from a former NBRASO (National Boot Rescue and Shelter Organization) employee. They take a long time to train. However, the prestigious Cowboy Boot can be easily trained, although their spiky defence mechanism can make them hard to deal with. Although they are quite expensive, I recommend the Snow Boot.
Finally, now I can take care of my faithful companion without it dying!
Oh man, this absolutely helped me care for my recently domesticated Oakley boots! Lighter fluid is a new house favorite, so thank you for the suggestion! 10/10 should make more helpful guides on caring for pet boots.

You got any advice for biting sandals? I left my list of "what to do's" in my grandma's refrigerator.
As harsh as it sounds... Try pooping them on the nose when they bite you. They'll learn quickly that you aren't food. My steel toe boot once started snapping at me when I walked by. But that straightened him out.
The "creature gloves" sounds are easily some of my favorite sounds.

Just one question, though: is caring for a boot different than caring for a sneaker? Do they have different feeding habits, or require different humidity levels or enrichment toys? I’m considering owning both species at some point, so I’d like to know how similar their care is.
In my experience it really depends on the breed of sneaker. I myself prefer boots due to there laid back nature, sneakers require tons of exercise. I once owned a pair but because of my job I could only stay home and play with them twice a day. I came home to a wrecked house on more than one occasion.
Although boots eat way more than sneakers. Hope this helps.

Hello Uncle E. Very old subscriber here. Been watching your boundlessly creative mind for a very long time. 7 years or so, I think. I must say, this is a testament to your genius brain. However, I would like to express my concern. I viewed your content originally for the outright insanity that they contained. Then Riftworld came into play, and I truly fell in love. The story, the execution, utterly sublime. Yet, ive not seen Prof. Clemmons or Dave or Margaret or Corvus in a while. I don't mean to say it so bluntly, but have you put to rest that so very enticing plot? I for one, would like to see, perhaps, a continuation of that series. Or if not a further-ing of the characters I've come to know and love, then perhaps a character, or even a series, about what came after all of the events that took place. Perhaps a Post Cthulu world. Though, he was a tad more, how shall I say, passive. I digress a bit, anyway, I'd like to see more of that story. Thank you for all the insanely creative content you create, and as always, I hope you are doing well.
