Italian engineers deserve serious props for their outstanding culture of vehicle design! The US Marines love the new Super AV and I hope to see us buy more Italian designs in the future. Many of us in the USA are huge fans of the Centauro.

I am not sure what it is about Italy, but they seem to consistently make aesthetically pleasing weapons of war. Their warships and planes of WW2 are, hands down, the zenith of design.....they were "Sexy Beasts" It would seem that this is a National trait for them, as their modern equipment.....I will put it like this, I would legit marry a Centauro, if that was possible. There's the SuperAV similar to Freccia which is almost the same thing but in amphibious version...it has been purchased by US Marines and our italian Marines will too.

Un lanciagranate e una torretta mitra più performante con inclinazione antiaerea ,per sparare anche sui tetti o abbattere elicotteri , braccia laterali per l attacco di missili anticarro e anti elicottero , batteria di razzi dietro la torretta , anche per fumogeni , ( a decine non 3/4/5 da poverelli , che se servono servono ) ... This is not a mortar carrier. That's the tank killer version a 120mm Rheinmetall anti tank gun. I'm not even sure there is a Centauro mortar carrier.
