Great video! Subto is such a powerful tool but as delicate as a flower and needs to be explained in fine detail! You make it so seamless and easy to convey it! Would you be able to share objections or hardship with Subto?

Both the seller and I both know it’s not sustainable. But buying subto keeps the payments doable and buys us time. He knows he won’t be there long term unless something changes.
Fantastic video. Lots of real useful information. Your kindness shows through. Got one question besides you actually deeded the house back to the seller. How is it legally that property passes back to the seller. Don’t you have to go through foreclosure for him to be able to bid on it.

I try to avoid evictions. I’m there to serve. In my 9 plus years doing this my first eviction was done last week

I include a performance clause in my contract that protects the seller.
