These cries that "116-112 is too much" are incredibly ridiculous, this is literally one round from 115-113, still Usyk victory. It seems to me that people simply do not know how points are calculated for a round and therefore there is some kind of overreaction to the final score.
The AI score was accurate. Watch the fight again without commentary and sound. Credit to Fury for completely changing his strategy and gameplan, but the extra weight made him less elusive and he was missing all over the place. Usyk outboxed him, was the better counter puncher and had a higher pace not wasting shots.

@@johngallagher72 I won't disagree with this. Having watched the fight again since it has been released on Turki' UA-cam channel, I also thought that Usyk won round 12 even though everyone had him losing it. It's just by watching Usyk changing angles, landing the more effective punches, getting the better reactions from Fury and since Fury weighed 20 pounds more than the last time, it made Usyk look cleaner and more precise using his pace, cardio and not missing the punches unlike Fury. The interesting part is that Fury was a southpaw only for half a minute in the rematch, which also explains him taking less damage but he also did much less damage because of it while being in an ortodox stance the entire time. He was never a seek and destroy guy to begin with, so Usyk was just better in the short distance overall.

We are in the COWARDLY CHAMPIONS ERA, these so called champions want their opponents to be dehydrated, from a smaller weight class, or simply not talented enough. Usyk, on the other hand, reminds me of Roberto Duran who never ran from a fight. In fact, from lightweight to Middleweight Duran fought everyone regardless of size, talent, or fame; and fought them in their prime. Duran never gave up and never quit no matter how vicious or tough the opponent was. The only exception was when Duran was duped by Sugar Ray Leonard into entering a track and field competition which an overweight and older Duran had no business in or desire to be part of...
The MMA world is still a bit like those times gone by in boxing but it slowly becomes more like modern boxing every year. There's a different culture and attitude towards what is considered as success, these days i think it's more skewed towards making money with a general business like culture replacing the old fighting ethic.

Usyk deserved more grace and respect but all he got after his victory were questions about the score cards. Teddy is a legend!
