- In the US, you are legally allowed to breastfeed in any public place. No one can ask you to leave a public area because you are breastfeeding your baby. You can breastfeed with or without a cover. Do whatever you’re comfortable doing. You got this Mommy! ❤️
If you’d like some “Thank you for nursing your baby in public” cards, you can make your own or I can send you 12 cards (in the US) for $4 ❤️ PayPal to themilkywaybf@gmail.com or Venmo @Marycahillclc
Be sure to add your name and address AND email me to be sure that I didn’t miss it 😃

Great info, Miss Mary, as usual! 👍 YOU got this! 😁
I'm a big supporter of this
New subscriber here. I just like your vibe
I can tell you're passionate about breastfeeding.
Awww thanks! I do love to help moms ❤️
Using a cover is tricky. With my first I constantly used a shawl or a cover even around family and in-laws. Now with my second I'm still not too comfortable in public, mostly due to perceived judgement, but in private settings around family and in-laws I have just stopped caring. Baby needs to eat, and my second is way more ravenous and impatient than my first lol
Super great info!
Your very sweet ❤
@@dianamcfly6021 🥰 Thanks!
Some people wont ask you to leave. They will just stare and have their wild fantasy running lol
My baby (17 months) is a nursing acrobat! No matter what position or angle he's at, he's gonna eat! But for the last two weeks or so whenever he nurses on the left side, it hurts. He's not biting, and I don't see anything that looks like a milk bleb. Any ideas what could be going on?
Where is the pain? Topical on the nipple?
Does it hurt all the way through the feeding?
Does it seem to hurt between nursing sessions?
@@marycahillclc On the nipple, and yes all through the feeding. It's sometimes a little sore between nursing sessions, but mostly just while he's eating.
@@kenziemackenzie4151 He may have damaged your nipple a bit through some teething. I would pump or hand express that side for a few days and just nurse on the other side. Hopefully a break will help it.
If pumping doesn’t hurt, then you’ll know it’s something with his position or newer teeth. If that’s the case, change the acrobat’s positions. Lol
Screw that!
With my previous 2 kids I had this tank top the I just cut out the part that covered the boobs and wore that under my shirt.
That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing ❤️
