Most often not. But if it has vet 1 and I have gone for the HE barrage, then I think it makes sense to stack on more anti-inf and get the upgrade.

i dont see how
first 76 is more expensive than first build e8, overal same gun stats but the e8 is the only tank in the game without movement penalty.

I dont what happens with decrew AT weapons and mains guns like the one of bulldozer or Stuck D but they are easier to destroy with the attack ground command tha with the attack command
