I miss the og big version of Mozdok, it basically had the battle in 4 phases, scouts clashed often near A sometimes mediums and heavies would follow up or the mediums and heavies would move to B if either happened there would be another clash near spawn and after that there weren't many left so spawn camp the remaining few.
I never understood why Gaijin adds hilariously oversized maps to low BRs while systematically making sure every knife-fight map makes it to top-tier.
There are many incredibly good SB maps that are locked away from the rest of us for unknown reasons.
Is it just the ground Mozdok or the air as well? Because Frontline Mozdok is busted af if you have a bird with an airspawn as you can be above the enemy AF in under 50 seconds, it lets any interceptors (or Wyverns) catch the entire enemy team in the initial climb and shred them.

It isnt, the gun looks longer because of the angle, but the BL-10 has a different muzzle

@@Lu.capuchino I meant that TEC is *talking about* the ISU-152-2 with the BL-10, when he said he wants the version with the giant gun added to War Thunder. He just didn't remember the name of that version.

More seriously, losing Mozdok sucks. It's not a perfect map or even a good map, obviously, but compared to newer maps like the phenomenally shit Red Desert I'd take it with a grateful smile. As for Breslau, the map was a riot at ~3.7, I don't understand why this was changed.
For some reason the Molotov decoration is locked for me I’ve won multiple games in ussr playing the whole way through and only one missions won has counted then I look at the holidays tab and it has a locked symbol on the top left, can someone help me?
Fields of Poland looks terrible now as it looks like a bog and the Eastern area doesn't have the sniping hill anymore.
If they allowed you to ban or negatively rate more maps, they would very quickly figure out the common trend. People don’t like the maps with massive wide open spaces or dominating elevations. Both lead to a lot of camping and what feels like BS.
That's actually a good combo if they don't skew it to one side
I love maps with massive wide open spaces IF they would limit them to 9.0 and above. Maginot line (any season) and Fields of Poland winter are my two favorite maps at high tier. Roll out of spawn to the first hill or cover. LRF>fire> profit

No. As they have stated, if they allowed more map bans there would be no maps. Liking or disliking a map is 100% subjective. For example, just a few comments down someone is asking for bigger maps.
Playing today, its still telling your that target is spawn protected. /shrug
But they did screw up the map rotation code somehow. You now get the same map over and over until you log out and log back in. /double shrug

This thing has the same exact engine as the mig15 bis yet st 8.3 it makes 0 sense at 8.3 this thing smacks its so fast!!! I was wondering during my test drive why it was 400mph nearly just making turns and stuff the regular mig 15 is never this fast and as an avid mig fan I'm Def buying this jet in a few minutes

At this pase of faceing off the OG Historical Guided maps nothing will be bad Mozdok is a bad map but they aren't giving any of the same vibe of map of real location just "Ispired by" and that is just sad

They need to make high tier maps about 3-5X bigger. Modern MBTs should never get closer that 2,500M that is essentially point blank for them.

To suceed in Mozsok, a decent amount of braincells is required. That's waaay too much asking for the average cqc enjoyer, therefore the hate for this map.
I will sorely miss Mozdok, it was actually one of my favourite maps.
I like pradesh. It has problems, but I love the verticality of it.
I would like to see mozdok and wolokolamsk getting removed. Both of those maps are complete garbage
