"How are you doing? How am I doing? What can I be doing to help?" I'm currently an IC but seems like these could be a solid foundation to one-on-ones with my managers.
Being a Leader doesn't automatically mean you have to manage people but you can manage a person who manages other people while being a manager doesn't automatically make you a leader because it will depend on how you manage people in the first place. It depends whats your definition of a leader or manager is and which context it is expressed. 😊
Also a Manager can have qualities of a Leader hey, the challenge here is the definitions of these roles because these roles can be flexible on how you use them but all in all they could be used interchangeably depending on the given situation at that time😊
