My suggestion would be stay away from Pune real estate mafia, local nexus.

I think D building possession in reality will be December 2022, also kitchen platform in d building is bigger compared to all other projects in Ravet. Also there are many amenities.
Pro: price is affordable, connectivity Cons: very close to river which may turn to be negative as soil is not strong as compared to other lands and very close to highway so sound pollution etc major concerns

Very poor service By K-ville project. Possession given 2moths before & still Corporations water, Solar water, Door bell, Not a single amenities provide by builder. On top floor there no pressure of water. Every where there watchman & builder labour r spitting every where, Also lifts are not working properly.

This area came under RED zone after KVille project only. Please do not invest in this. Also behavior of the staff is very rude. Took 20 days to refund my booking amount.

There are some Refuge floor for fire, on which few flats come in bigger size.
How upper carpet area range of 2 bhk (1130) is more than 2.5 bhk(936)& 3 bhk(1032)!!!?
