Great interview and content as always. I think we’re a tough nut to crack away from home 1-2 to us. Also, very excited to see when and how Chair fits into the lineup.
Rangers are struggling with their footballing identity. Marti has said a number of times that this is what he is looking for. A good team has a marked identity with their ability to impose themselves on the opposition. Yet Rangers are still going through the mill to establish this. It is a work in progress to see whether the players will gel together in their footballing effectiveness. Despite this they are not being played off the park. They key is working for each other and utilizing the individual strengths of the team. I say Lloyd should be given more minutes as players that are hungry have a positive effect on those around them. Forget about the best team this is a squad game and certain players deserve the opportunity to impress. How well they do in training will influence the manager, as well as his tactics for the particular opposition. It's good they broke the 24 year jinx but this is a new game with a new set of players on both sides. Togetherness and solid consistency needs to be the Rangers mantra going forward as the foundations of a team are being laid.
Good review here....Would be great to see Chair on the field at some time....Should do better than v Millwall and agree with including Varane in the game.We should be looking to come away with at least a draw .Perhaps Dunne could come on at the last moment and score the perfect showcase winner..........

Great stuff and Ian Herbert was an excellent guest. Keep it all up and spreading the word wherever I can about the channel.
Thanks for the support mate.
