I wish they made the Pixel 5a 5G with the Pixel 4a size, with metal unibody, 765G Soc, IP67 rating as the last compact Pixel.. I would buy that in a heartbeat
I hope its headphone jack isn't hopelessly underpowered like my 3a. On my Pixel 3a, audio from the headphone jack has always been very quiet. I have ended up just using Bluetooth all the time, because the audio volume is much higher.
@@mbaxter22 you are right. I use a dac and ironically it goes through the usb c port. I have some samson sr850's, 32 ohm headphones, and the difference is pretty big between the headphone jack and the dac.
Ordered a Barely Blue Pixel 4a from Amazon the other day for $299 (flash discount). My preference is regular sized light weight phones. Easy to pocket and manage with one hand. Will replace my ageing Pixel 3 until Google offers another flagship of this size. ✌️🤙
Check the top right corner. I got a barely blue 4a from BestBuy $299 but i had to return it for a cracked corner. So upset. It was nice but now I'm probably getting the 5a.
Did you get a flash discount on last year's black Friday. :0 😮 I'm planning to buy it when it discounts. If pixel 5a discounts down to 350, I might reconsider.
Can you recommend Pixel 5a outside of US (price 30% above US, problematic guarantee because the gray import, no pixel specific Google services)? What remains? Still worth it?
I'm using the 4a non 5g with Google Fi and I cannot complain on the call quality. Google will even ask you to rate the call each time you end one. Coming from att on iPhone 11 and galaxy note 20 ultra (which bricked with one drop) call quality is good and only lose signal in remote places so it's very competitive with higher end phones.
I currently still have my 4a March 2023 and it's still good 👍 pictures are great and screen is great but I want to do a upgrade to a used pixel 5 because it's only 167 and the same size so wish me luck
@@Aichiever23 it s funny people getting excited for x years software updates when those updates only brick/slow down your phone so u buy another in x years :)))
Im so upset I had to return my 4a for a cracked corner. I liked the super clicky buttons! And it was "barely blue". But hey when I get the 5a it will have the bigger screen and battery. Do wish it had 90hz tho lol
I have a solution!! Turn on "night light" mode. It changes the harmful "blue light" to an amber shading. No more headaches & eye strain! I hope you find this message because it really helped me.

I agree! Let's hope Google offers the regular sized option for the Pixel 6a. And for the cherry on top, the Tensor chip🤞
@@gboy888 no Google doesn't need to do that
@@NowKissMyChucks sure, they don't "need" to do anything.
Headphone jack is great when flying / traveling. Ear buds can run out of charge.
Yes, that I do agree with.

@@mbaxter22 so far no issues. Spend a lot of time on planes each week and it has worked well. Same as the 4a.

Watching your video on pixel 4a is so refreshing 👍
Awesome!!
I love my Pixel 4a :)
Wayyyyy better than "simple alpaca" review. Good work bruh
That guy just rambles about the same thing over and over
I just ordered 5a after 3+ years with the 4a, love the battery of the 5a.

How is the call quality, everybody talks about the pictures. What about making phone calls?

Don't buy the 5a I have been having heating problems with this phone and google is refusing to return the device.
That is most probably a software issue and they are currently fixing it. just wait I'd say.

5a is too pricey anyways. I picked up a 4a brand new for £280.

Why did it crack?
Too bad 5a is to big... i personally think phone on our days don't make any sense on phone size.
I just want to know the 5a Wallpaper link or where to dload?
Is the 4a5g still a good purchase (outside the US)?
My use : uploading videos
Photos and social media. Or the 4a does the job ?
If you like really not wanting to buy on eBay and only in official stores then yes, but if not, get the Pixel 4 XL.
Im buying a new phone which is better 5a or 4a5g?
no comments on the 5g service of the phone??
I am using pixel 4a right now should I go for 5a for better camera ??
I don't know if it's necessarily better - my 4a took sharper pics, the 5a somehow took blurrier photos
What did you decide I still have my 4a and it's great but I want to upgrade to the 5 because it's used for only 167
say please what is the music you use in your videos
My 4a is too small my big ass hands can't type on this 😩
I've been trying for over a year, man
Nice video my friend!❤️
Thank you 🤗
