Make herb salt from miracle garlic!

💥 We now have time for miracle garlic/wild garlic and should use it to preserve the miracle garlic with a delicious herbal salt.
You can also use it to make herb butter and many other great recipes. The videos are linked below. Watch this video until the end so you don't miss anything.
▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
📝 200g miracle garlic or wild garlic
📝 500g ancient salt
📝 5-7 organic garlic cloves (alternatively 1 red organic onion)
▬ Preparation ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Wash the garlic with pure water and let it drain. Then roughly chop it up and add it to the Vitamix. Add salt and garlic/onion and puree with the masher to a fine paste. Spread evenly and smoothly on a dehydrator lined with baking paper. For a raw vegetable herb salt, let it dry for around 30 hours at 35 to max. 40 °C. Otherwise, drying can also be done at higher temperatures, in which case 24 hours will be sufficient. Roughly chop by hand. Grind into a fine herb salt using a spice mill. The great garlic-smelling and tasting herbal salt can be used universally. Enjoy your meal and don't forget to say Bismillah.
