Awesome! So happy to see that you are still beaming with joy as a black man who “escaped” from America! You & Sonja are definitely a testament to what can happen for adventurous black couples in pursuit of peace & happiness outside of the dis-United States. Enjoy & Keep sharing your inspirational stories. Cheers! 👏🏾👏🏼👏
I really enjoyed your video, helpfull, to the point and I enjoy your calm and positive attitude! I can't wait to move! Hope to see you and your wife Will! From Canada, Ciao!
Big Will, I was born and raised on former Canal Zone and must congratulate you on your assessment of Panama. You tell like it is. That little spanish you are learning will open all kinds of doors to you. Panamanians really appreciate that.
Thank you Will for sharing your adventure and Renewed beginnings. I am both happy for you and jealous. I appreciate your videos. Keep them coming. Panama is my future and I can't wait. Visiting next month to further my research.
Packed with great information. I will be doing a tour in Panama August 20th. through a tour company for 6 days. Panama is high on the list. Not to retire, more to have as my new hub, instead of the U.S.. Love America, but need a change. Again your videos were inspiring. Stay Blessed
Muy simpatico, I was there for a Black Expat tour last month, and your statement about the stress level, was spot on. I'm PRAYING to my GOD, that the va, will deem me permanently disabled, so I can apply for the Pensianado Visa, a.m.e.r.i.K.K.K.a., is always going to be what she is.
Love the video. You're very informative... Smart commentary and helpful information. Wife and I are moving to Panama in a few years when our youngest goes off to college. Very interesting to hear your lessons learned about the visa process, buying a car, and the Panama Oeste area. Thanks.
I was living in Puerto Armuelles for a few months last year, I loved it! And could easily return, I stayed in Brises Del Mar. May I ask what area you are in?
Awesome video! I will be there in three weeks and literally all I have is a day pack, so I would not need Oma’s huge SUV. What is your take on the buses from the airport to Coronado? The one that the employees take that is a five minute walk outside the airport, that one is unsafe for gringos. The metro bus right at the airport that comes once an hour, is that one safe? Thank you Brother!
Hello, I have been checking y'all out for awhile. Even before Ed TV!. My family is visiting for Christmas and we are curious if there is anything planned for visitors? Visiting from Upper Marlboro, MD DMV✌🏾
Hi I just watched your video and really loved it. I am bringing my new husband of under a year to Panama to check it out to hopefully convince him to make the move. He agreed to start the pensionada paperwork so that is in the works with the lawyer we hired. We are scheduled to arrive March 26, 2023 to complete the pensionada visa. We want to look at some areas in Panama to potentially live and Coronado looks nice. We would like similar accommodations as what you and your wife have. Would it be possible to meet up with you during our 2 week stay? We would love to get some personal insight since you’ve been there over a year. Thanks in advance

Do they have any children's hospitals in the major cities? Do they have urgent cares? Thanks for mentioning health care. That's a huge deciding factor for me.
Yes and yes. There's a whole healthcare livestream video that I just did about a month ago here on the channel. I interviewed a healthcare provider. I use their service too. You should really watch it since this is a big factor for you.
Great information. We are going through the process of getting our paperwork together now. That marriage certificate was a surprise. We have moved from New York to Georgia and getting our marriage license has been a trip. It has to go to three different offices city, county, then state for apostle. Did you do the same?
Well. You need your BC to get a passport. But not for immigration to Panama. 1. FBI background report. 2. Marriage certificate (if married) 3. They need a copy of your passport. Please make sure you check with a real life immigration attorney in Panama. I am just some guy on youtube. :)
@@GoExplorePanamá 😂😂😂 of course. I knew about the other stuff but when you mentioned mc it made me curious about bc. So how was the weather in Coronado last week?
Dear sir, could you PLEASE tell me the name of the condo (PH-?) you found that 2-bedroom unit. I know Coronado very well and its very dark sand beaches. The great thing about Coronado is that you have El Rey, Riba Smith, Machetazo as top-notch supermarkets. You have great health care (Clinica Orillac for teeth...eye care Optica Lopez, etc.). I highly recommend Picasso's and Los Camisones for dinner. Can you please let me know, because right now I'm paying in excess of $1,500 monthly rent for a 1-bedroom matchbox/drywall apt in Atlanta, GA. Thank you so very much. "CORONADO ES VIDA" 😊
Shipping is all over the map. You will need to do some research here. The best price I found was for barrel shipping. The whole barrel up to 250 pounds was like $300 to ship by ocean freight. But the company that I found in my area doing this stopped temporarily due to Panama COVID policies slowing down their boats. We kept most of our stuff in storage and are planning to ship later.

DMV- VA in the house, trying to get to Panama for a tour. It's in my top 4 places being considered for retirement.

Gracias, Big Will. Cool beat at the end. 😎
Great video and content. I came down when I was 25 and have now been here 15 years. Let me know if you make it down to Puerto Armuelles. Keep it up.

PH Bahia in Gorgona. Or PH Coronado Bay in Coronado. We liked Bahia much better.
@@GoExplorePanamá Good morning y muchas gracias.
