Advice for plants and cats 🐱🌱:
If you don't want your cats to play with the soil in your plants, you can put orange peels or coffee pucks/grounds in the pot. I would suggest checking if your plants can take the acidity--but it's prevented my cats from attacking my plants 😅

My cat was killed in a road accident a couple of years ago and I still miss her so much. The little close up shots of Miso remind me of what it's like to have a wet, fuzzy little nose poking in your face while hearing the engine purr like there's no tomorrow. Thank you for sharing these little moments. They make me happy

Oh man, no one knows the heartache of us "heavy flow" gals. I always had heavy painful ones, since day one. Do you have endometriosis? That might be the source of that level severe pain. Pretty sure I had that forever as well.
I'm 43 now and my best years have all been after I had a hysterectomy back in 2015.

ben chan you don’t sound ignorant at all !! From my research and personal experiences, darker skin tends to take ink way differently then lighter tones ( you may need more of it to get the right pigment or some ink brands don’t even show up at all once healed on darker skin). so finding a tattoo artist that works with darker skin and has a great healed portfolio is honestly rare now in days because a lot of tattooist don’t have to (or haven’t had the opportunity) to work with a lot of darker skin tones. The fact that she could do it at such a good level - as a apprentice - is beyond amazing and rare !
kjaszy102 true and also due to racism of course tattoo artists will just straight up deny you because of your skin,“because it’s harder” and will never want to learn how to properly execute it
I enjoy watching you a lot more ever since you stopped doing art school. Not because I didn't enjoy watching you before that, but I can feel that you're less stressed and so much happier with what you're doing, being able to create what you want and in your own time and growing into a multi faceted artist. And it's always amazing to see how much you get done within a week! Hope you're having a great week :)

I struggle with creative block, and every time I watch your videos, it's an inspiration for me to carry on with what I'm doing. Hopefully, my final year of uni for my graphic design degree is going to go by in a breeze. That I can finally do the things, I would actually like to do.
I feel you. I happen to have to redo one course in order to get my bachelor’s degree. Since it was just one course, I have so much free time left. It’s kinda like taking a gap year. So I was planning on really treating it like one. Than it hit me that I didn’t like the course in life I was taking and started filling my entire year with courses. This degree better be worth it.😥
At least I can happily say that you inspire me to work harder and strive for better things in life! And for that I thank you!☺️💜

I used to have the same problem when it came to sketchbooks, now I can go through several. You just gotta remember that a sketchbook is a place where you fuck up and make mistakes. You can have really strong sketches, of course, but it still should be thought of as a place to try things out, etc.
my kitten is only a little but older than yours and i got to worn ya they get crazier and then they calm down after turning 8-9 months old. It is tiring but cute. also miso is so adorable ☺️

I aspire to be in your position when I’m older. You should make a video on the steps you took to be where you are and how you got into an art college you like, and how you’re able to balance selling your art with creating art for yourself. Iron pills and drinking a lot of water can helped me a lot with period cramps. I also use heated pads that I put in the microwave and put on my stomach and back it really helps!!

i know you uploaded this video awhile ago but you mention around the 11 minute mark that when you’ve completed a page in a sketchbook and don’t like it so you kinda abandon the sketchbook, i’ve had the same problem! one way i remedy that is to just like cover the page in tissue paper or like paint the whole page black (depending on what’s on the page originally) and then kinda just go ham with pasting or painting things onto the page!!!

I really struggle with oil pastels actually. I think, it's because I'm useless and can't do anything right 😂 but also I just find them really hard to perfect and for me they're actually hard to use because of how I hold things. I want to work on it for my GCSE exams (which for anyone who isn't British or anything are: basically exams that we take you know for our future which help determine our jobs and everything, which happens before you decide whether you're going to do sixth form or uni or none of the above, so they are really salient (important) exams.)
