Our renovations are moving along. The guest bath is coming out beautifully. I almost can't believe it. So cool to see the things you design come to life. Kohler features are looking stunning. I'll do a full vlog on the renovations in September when we get the house back from the renters.

I am all for taking photos and framing them like that in simple white frames and background and have one of a New Zealand beach in my bedroom. Another of a palm with black background and frame in my downstairs sitting room as they are personal and mean so much and you should celebrate beautiful Amagansett and you have the best of both worlds - the city and the beach - who could want more. My beach is 20 mins away so I am very lucky.
Me first chiming in! Captain P. Cracks me up! He has such an interesting imagination about Lamborghinis. Hey P, your future is looking bright young man! And that toilet seat potty party I’m in! 😂😂😂 Preston’s reaction is priceless! Princess Claude is such a vibe. She’s so quiet but yet has alot to say. She’s the Boss! The bathroom renovation is looking good. You could always buy an adjustable sizing shower head if need to pushed up higher. Are those coffee beans pre grinned? I’m a French Press drinker.

Bring Baby Claude’s chair over to the table. She’s stuck in the cheap seats 😂 She’s the best, wakes up happy! I’m getting turned around with all the additions. Is the hall bathroom between the bedrooms still there? The Nanny Suite can only be reached from the outside? Forgot about the office upstairs thru the closets. 😮

Love a good bagel. The breakfast looks fabulous. Is it a Canadian thing where after asking a question a reflexive "right?" is posited? I am wondering what effect it has on children and their developing critical thinking skills. Does it teach them they are always expected to agree? No child psychologist nor any judgement here. I am just a curious. Excited about Salt Box furniture. That couch is the bomb.
Brenden, Hello! Avid viewer here...May I ask why the "natural flavors" in your coffee? Might I ask what the "natural flavor" contains, please? The other ingredients seem *chef's kiss...love the Manuka covered beans concept.... ALSO, thank you for having the ingredients up front and center and not making me search...
