Full Body Strength Workout with Core #3

  • This workout will hit your full body from lower moves to upper moves. Each round contains 4 moves, two lower and two upper, each round is repeated 3 times. You will then do one round that I refer to as a "hardcore" finisher.
    Grab a variety of weights, a mat and some water.
    Don't forget to put some music on for motivation!
