oh yeah don't use Boost mobile EVER. Their unlocking policy is 12 months and they mean it. I ported out two days early and they won't unlock my phone for me. Phone is still locked to Boost Mobile network. Never again with this company!!!

Try updating the software and restart and if you can, factory reset. If you do factory reset, remember to backup your data first.
