Apparently this is my elder second cousin and my aunt sent me this to let me know who just past! All I can say is WOW what a man to be related to and not know , REST IN PARADISE PATRICK HENDERSON!
After meeting and befriending a couple of Showco Sound roadies, an associate of mine and I were asked to come along with them on tour with Leon and Patrick. We got to hang out backstage with them and be a part of helping set up for the shows. It was an incredible experience. They'd have two grand pianos set up back to back on stage, one for Patrick, the other for Leon. And what a band!! Awesome experience that I''ll never forget.
I miss you every day, Patrick! You were so good to me. It hurts so badly in my heart. You now are the Light. I'll abide in the light here until I transition into the source of all light. Shine on me from time to time so I can feel you with me.
So Thankful to have met & sung with Patrick back in April at the Lifers Shindig in Tulsa - what a wonderful loving man & love hearing his stories of his times with Leon - Leon Lifer Love is Real!

How beautiful is this? In later years Patrick played piano with Cherry Vanilla in NYC. When he left, Kasim Sulton of Todd Rundgren's Utopia fame took his place. Kaz plays piano like he plays bass, incredible. Now this is some inside rock history. :-).
